We have two rooms for rent (one person per room) and is located in Balga WA in a modern luxurious well equipped 3-bedroom 2 Bathroom Villa with courtyard. Room has reverse cycle air-conditioning and furnishes with a bed and built-in wardrobe. The two tenants have their own bathroom & toilet. Kitchen, Dining room, lounge and courtyard is shared by the owners (a couple) and the two tenants. Looking for a neat and tidy person who will keep the room clean. Rent is $210/week paid fortnightly with 2 weeks rent paid in advance plus a deposit of $500. Rent includes the use of all amenities (Electricity, Water, Gas, WIFI, NETFLIX etc.) included in room rate. Looking for a long-term tenant and will suit international student & or person with full time employment. Minutes' walk to Bus, Shops Etc.
