44 year old female renting out a theatre room in a 4 bedroom home. We have an 22 old Irish lad who works full time FIFO who’s great company and can open a stubby with just about anything 😂 and a 22 year old lad from the UK who’s into fitness and getting out and about, great sense of humour, a brickie working full time. My daughter, 21 works part time and is super chill, loves horror and metal music like her mumma. We have a social and respectful household. Everyone spends their own time, but also we don’t mind a beer and a board game. Looking for chilled employed people around their age as they are the ones sharing the common areas.

I’m a chef and work Monday to Friday. Im super easy going and a bit of a tomboy. I have friends over somewhat often, but nothing outrageous. I love to smoke meats on my Traeger when I have guests. I have a 12 year old staffy and she is definitely the queen of the house. Please only apply if you are a keen Pat master. She is quite affectionate :) My daughter has a chilled 9 year old boy doggy also.

Room was a theatre room which has a split system aircon, colour changing LEDs, block out blind, over sized couch, draws, in ceiling surround sound, 75 inch TV, Netflix, furnished with queen bed it’s nice and roomy.
