On-street parking or shared off-street tandem bay possibility in carport.
Shared use: washing machine, ironing board, kitchen & dining items, treadmill, TVs, piano, guitar, board games, sunroom/gym with treadmill, yoga mats and TV.
The green bedroom is next to the main bathroom which is also used by me. I can substitute two single beds in this room for friends who want to share it. Bed linen is provided if required.
The grey bedroom is at the western end of the house with a separate door entry and its own ensuite. A living/movie room separates it from the main part of the house where there is an additional living room, dining and and kitchen area. Bed linen is provided if required.
