We live in a large house in Bateman with a big living room with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool table, and a garage.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ, swimming pool and a ping-pong table, perfect for relaxing and hanging out.
There is also free street parking right in front of the house.
The location is very convenient:
• 20 minutes from the airport
• 20 minutes from Perth CBD
• Train stations about a 15-minute walk away
The vibe at home is calm, respectful and relaxed definitely not a party house.
