The Blue room is a large bedroom with a ceiling fan, queen bed, large wardrobe, desk, draws and bedside draws.
- The home is a spacious 2 story, 4 bedroom home with polished concrete floors and high ceilings, double glazed windows and built with sustainability in mind.
- The available room has a heavy solid wood door, and has been a music studio for many years and is the most insulated room, so very quiet with the door closed.
- There's a big comfortable open plan living area with ceiling fans, air conditioning and gas heater for winter.
- The bathroom is well presented and there's fully equipped laundry facilities with washer and dryer.
-The home has a large commercial style kitchen with fridge, gas cooking, filter coffee, blender and all needed to enjoy some creative times in the kitchen.
- It's a secure home with electric gate, alarm and Ring doorbell.
- Huge 5.5m bifold doors provide a wonderful alfresco area for dining that opens out to a timber decked area.
- There are 3 raised vegetables beds out the back that always have edible greens growing to share.
