The home is located just off the Swan River near to the Garratt Road Bridge, and is close to the 999/998 and 41 bus routes. The 41 bus connects at Elizabeth Quay to UWA buses. Alternatively, a 10min bus ride or 30min walk will get you to Bayswater Train Station, where you can transfer to another service or travel to the airport or the city! The Maylands Whatley Crescent cafe strip is only a 20 min walk away, and it would be difficult to get closer to the Baigup Wetlands for a lovely walk or ride.
The rooms available are upstairs, and share 1 bathroom (shower, bath, basin and toilet) between the 3 rooms. Room 1 is the only room currently available, and it can be seen in Picture 2. There is a huge upstairs balcony, which is a beautiful place to hang out with bush views (and you can sometimes see the city in the distance). The kitchen, dining, living and laundry are downstairs, as well as an extra toilet. Off-street car parking is available.
Each room can accommodate 1 person and has a new double bed, mattress and mattress protector, reverse-cycle aircon, blinds and curtains, built-in wardrobes and a desk to work at. They're nice and roomy, and lockable from the inside.
The house is fully furnished, equipped with everything you will need. The only items you need to bring is your bedding, personal effects and food.
To help make sure the place stays tidy, there is fortnightly cleaning of the shared bathroom, laundry, kitchen and living areas included in the rent. Additionally, unlimited FTTP internet, gas and water bills are included in the rent. Garden maintenance is also taken care of. The only bill not included is electricity costs, which will be split 5 ways between the flatmates and the owner.

Hello! I'm running the listing for my sister Jessica (she's the current roommate, but I'm a uni student with plenty of free time), so I got her to write a bit about herself:
I am a young working adult living in my family home, but the family has all moved out, so I am looking for some roomates to join me! I'm pretty busy with work, but in my free time I love going to cafes with friends, working on my photography and planning for my next holiday!
Please message if you have any questions (for either of us!)
