About the flatmates
Seeking someone to join us in our Bayswater unit. My housemate, Luke (Male 29yo), and I (Female 22yo) are busy shift workers with varied schedules and would prefer someone who is also a shift worker or FIFO. No couples sorry. Some small pets considered - will require a pet bond.
$300pw including water, gas, electricity. Wifi cost is shared at $23pw each.
You must be neat and respectful of shared spaces and able to carry your weight with cleaning/tidying. You must also be able to respect when someone’s on night shift and needs to sleep during the day (and we’ll respect your sleep schedule too!)
This is not a party house! The occasional gatho or a friend over is fine but not all the time.
