We are looking for a backpacker, international student or person with holiday working visa
A queen bed room is for $275/week for one person. It contains a queen bed, a study table, a chair, a fridge, a wardrobe, a dressing table and an evap aircon vent.
The rent price includes normal daily water, electricity and gas usage and TPG 5G 100mbps Home Broadband Unlimited internet access, but doesn't include your personal heater use during winter and personal aircon use during summer.
A bus stop is just in front of the house and another just across the road. About 10 min walking to the Bayswater train station & Bayswater Supermarket. It is 2km to Morley Galleria and 8km to Perth CBD and 9km to the Perth airports. The house is very close to Morley Conventry Shopping Centre and also close to Maylands, Mount Lawley, Inglewood, Highgate, Embleton, Ashfield, Morley, Bassendean, Guildford and Midland suburbs.
Minimum 2 months stay, but we prefer longer stay if you're our suitable tenant. You pay 2 or 4 weeks rent in advance when you first move in. After initial 2 or 4 weeks, you pay 2 or 4 weeks rent in advance thereafter. No bond required.

We are looking for a backpacker, international student or person with holiday working visa who can
pay rent on time;
are quiet at all times such as talk quietly on the phone and use ear phone if you want to enjoy loud music & watch TV on high volume;
can clean their mess straight after themselves, especially in the communal places such as in the kitchen & bathroom;
don't bring their friends in for sleeping over, having parties or gathering during day and night;
don't take illegal drugs and don't smoke inside the house;
turn the power, gas and water off when they're not in use to save energy;
can look after our house.
