The room is quite spacious with lots of natural light, and is suitable for a couple or a single person. It is available from 1 March. The furnishings can be changed to suit - and bedding is available if wanted.

The main house has 4 rooms, which share the kitchen and the front bathroom and toilet. You would be sharing the main house with 5 other people.

My partner Robbie and I live in the back of the house with our baby, which is fairly seperate with our own amenities. We are in our late thirties, healthy and environmentally conscious, non smokers, and enjoy our quiet time in the evenings.

It’s a quiet, clean and respectful house. Everyone works, some fifo, so the house is rarely busy. This is not a party house.

Wifi and all bills are included in the rent. Everyone is expected to clean and tidy after themselves to contribute to a happy and peaceful household for everyone - we have a weekly cleaning roster to help with this.

Our preference is to find someone who wants to stay longer term (3+ months).
