It is so large it is almost a mini apartment without the kitchen.
The room would suit either a single person, or a couple, professional, a Fifo employed person, or even backpacking travellers
It is indeed a luxuriously spacious, 2 storey house.
The residence is very light and easy to keep clean.
The kitchen is modern, light, spacious, with marble benchtops and a pantry cupboard.
Timber flooring in main living areas downstairs with ducted vacuum cleaning.
Every bedroom in this house design is splayed and private, with no shared walls which makes it a very successful shared house design as everyone can have their own space and privacy as desired.
The upstairs living room and balcony's ocean views are some of the main great features of this stunning house for everyone to enjoy.
There is unlimited internet and wifi.
Everybody loves it and some even returned to live here again.
It is on a safe and quiet street high on the hill,

- It is a non-smoking household including indoors and outdoors on the property.

There is a flow of people who live in this house staying from a few months to a year or more - that's what makes it interesting and dynamic.
It's a suitable house for students, back packers and FiFo workers. this particular huge room will accommodate a couple. We are not able to accept pets, nor smoking on the premises.
Although Australians often live here too, we also somehow attract interesting travellers from overseas speaking different languages and living with the spirit of adventure, who often have professional backgrounds and are here to work hard and explore life in this country.
