This is a spacious home! Decent sized bedrooms. Good areas to entertain and low maintenance up keep. There is an IGA shop for everyday items as well as Cockburn shopping centre and Cockburn central train line is nearby too (10min by car 15min by bus). Coogee(beach) is close by (8min) and Fremantle not too far up the road (20min car) The house is in a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the property. A bus stop is a 2 minute walk. There are two bathrooms (one en-suite)

Paul is 36 from Germany on a sponsorship visa as a painter. Owns a 4 year old dog called Chooky (Awesome dog)
Stephan is from France 24 years old and is here on a working holiday visa. He is a friend of the couple.
The Master bedroom is occupied by a couple Samantha and Sebastian. Sam is Belgium and Sebastian is French. Also on a working holiday visa.
