About the property
Large 4 x 2 home across from park, wood fire heating and evap cooling, open plan living with games and theatre. Outdoor kitchen entertaining with bbq and pizza oven.. I’m working equal time fifo. I will have my very well mannered girls for 1 week about while home. 9, 11 and 13yrs old. Due to having my kids in the house I am chasing social friendly and respectful female flatmate but also happy for quiet and passive renter. Less than 10mins from beach. Coffee and IGA 5min walk. Bedroom in cover photo is for size, will be a vacant room unless requested otherwise. Lockable door and shared bathroom although I can have my girls use the master ensuite as required. Secure and private backyard. Dumbbell set, chip up bar and floor mat is all we have other than a Funky Monkey in the back yard.

About the flatmates
Separated father of 3 girls, fifo 2/2 atm but may turn 4/4, kids in the house 1 week about when home. Active family looking for mortgage assistance from easy going flatmate. I enjoy exercising in the mornings, beach, riding or running the neighbours dog at local park. Starting a business or caring for my kids while home for the remainder of the day. Either in the office or workshop at their rear so house is usually quiet. Happy to share meals but there is plenty of space to go solo. Can have separate fridge if need be. Two tv’s inside but room has outlet if you plan to byo. Ceiling fan and evap vent in room also. Plenty of room for double bed with desk etc with large double sliding robe. 3.7x 3.5m
