About the property

. After 12 months of living here by myself and with my two Boston Terriers (Wicket & Vadar), it’s time to share the:
- 4 bedrooms
- 1 office
- 2 bathrooms
- Large communal living area + Kitchen
- Large seperate entertainment/dinning area
- Large separate lounge/cinema room
- Large outdoor entertaining area
- 2 car lock up garage + driveway space for 2 more cars
- Ducted aircon, but no central heating.

The house is massive and wildly under-utilised

You get it. It’s big.

The neighbourhood is quiet, and traffic is easy to manage getting out of the suburb. But the downside is you need a car to mange life needs.

Whats on offer: Bedroom(s) furnished/unfurnished. Up to you. Split utility bills & internet. Garage/secure parking. Periods of alone time and the house entirely yours (you’ll need to mow the lawns when I’m away). Bus stop down the end of the street, or you can car pool with me on the days I drive in (I have a car space in the city).

The house has a cinema room too! :)

This place is a rental, so you’ll have to go on a lease (I’ll sort that with the real estate).

About the flatmates

About me: Late 30’s, gay single, self-employed. Spiritually I am an adventurer, idealistic and brimming with positivity. Realistically I’m often negotiating the lounge and slower movements due to aches of getting older - and laughing at my own dark sense of humour. Enjoy quiet evenings (I’m a creature of calm) reading books, study etc.

I mix up my work week (office/WFH), although that could change with all my work travel soon.

My house is exceptionally large, with many areas for quiet/chill.
