About the property
The house is a comfortable 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home shared just with me. One of the spare bedrooms is available, and the third bedroom is currently used as a walk-in closet, which I’m happy to share if you’d like some extra storage space. The home has evaporative cooling and a relaxed, easygoing feel.
It’s in a super convenient spot — just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Mullaloo Beach, 3 minutes to Woolworths and Anytime Fitness, and around a 25-minute drive to the city.
There’s also a lovely outdoor sitting area surrounded by an olive tree, orange tree, and lime tree, which is a great place to relax. A BBQ is also available for use as long as it’s looked after. There is also a garage for any additional storage as well.
