About the property

The house is fully furnished. You’d have the back of the house to yourself – your own shower and toilet. The room includes a built-in robe, blackout curtains, aircon and a ceiling fan. Brand new washing machine, fridge dryer, dishwasher to share. With a shared living and dinning area. There is a seperate room at the front of the house with a desk for study as well as a guest room. The guest room is currently being occupied 4 nights out of the month for a fifo worker who flies in and out of Perth. The backyard is fully enclosed as my cats are indoor cats but do enjoy catching bugs and rolling around the grass outside, with a barbecue and set of chairs for hosting with friends.

Super convenient location: bus stop out front, train 5 mins away, easy Roe Hwy access, and gyms/shops just down the road.

We’re in a unit complex so secure parking suits 2 cars max.

Im happy to arrange in furnishing the room for an additional cost per week which will include a tallboy for extra storage and double bed.

I’m a 21 year old who studies full-time at ECU Joondalup who works casually as a relief EA and also hospitality. I enjoy socialising but am also respectful of others space. I am very neat and tidy. I love to cook and spend my days off typically watching TV and relaxing. The guest room is currently being occupied 4 nights out of the month for a fifo worker who flies in and out of Perth. I have two indoor cats that enjoy catching bugs and rolling around the grass outside.
