About the property
The house has large rooms and is on a big block. It’s a quiet street but close to the shops (Belmont Forum) and airport, and easy to get almost anywhere in Perth fairly quickly. There’s buses to Curtin University and the CBD just 8 minutes walk away. It’s only a 12min drive to the city. I would recommend having a car or scooter to live in Belmont.
The TV has Netflix and Disney. Electricity, gas, water, internet are included in the rent. I also cover toilet paper and general cleaning products.
I’m looking forward to doing small upgrades to the house including revising the gardens. I want to make the house a great place to live. :)
