The house is an older style character home with recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen. It very comfortable and clean. I love to be around green and growing things so there are lots of plants and birds in the gardens. It is quite peaceful and tranquil. You wake up to bird song.
The house is situated close to public transport and takes about 15 mins to city. There are parks, shops, restaurants, sports center and the Swan River within walking distance. I enjoy living here in Belmont and you will too
