About the property
A small 2bd apartment near the airport (5 minute drive). Your room has air conditioning, an ensuite and a gated car park with street parking available if you have more than one vehicle. The house is fully furnished with washing machine, dryer, cookware etc.. There is no storage available for bulk items like beds etc so keep that in mind.
I'm looking for a couple (or single person) to stay for at least 9 months if not longer. Price for the room is $500 including all bills (water, power, wifi).
Its a decent spot for FIFO workers to get to the airport and its close to a nice park/sports field, near fast food, close to the supermarket (i go to woolworths by the airport), and its only a 15 minute drive to the CBD (without traffic).
The apartment is on the second story with no wheelchair access available.

I work out of town almost every week and keep to myself for the most part when i am at home. I enjoying watching sports, playing video games and going to the gym.
