This is all-female household. Sharing house with a 30, 32 and 37yo. 2 of whom do FIFO.
The rent for the room is 250 per week + 25% water, gas and electricity bills. The security bond is 4 weeks rent.
No smoking and no pets will be allowed (unless contained- e.g. fish).
A formal written agreement will be in place for a 6-month term. This can be extended a further 6 months if desired after the term. If either party need to break the agreement, both are required to provide 30 days’ written notice.
The rooms are available to move in immediately.
Double bed frame and mattress provided. Otherwise unfurnished bedroom – feel free to bring your own furniture and personalize your space however you wish! There are built-in sliding-door wardrobes in each room. No wall fixtures will be permitted.
Shared bathroom and toilet with 2 other females – including a modern bath and hob-less shower.
Full house water filtration.
The front room that can be used as a home office if needed.
