I’m looking for housemates to share a large, older-style home on a beautiful 60-acre property just outside Bullsbrook.
I work a FIFO roster (week on / week off), so for half the time you’ll have the house completely to yourselves. When I’m home, I work within my own business and also have my three children part-time. While I’m away, my personal items will be packed away, and when I’m home the bathroom is shared.
The house has a large kitchen, dining and living areas, a modern fireplace for winter, and air-conditioning in each bedroom. The property sits on top of a hill with stunning valley views front and back, plus a dam and plenty of open space.
Location-wise, we’re just over the hill from Bullsbrook Central (4–5 minutes’ drive), with easy access to Great Northern Highway, Tonkin Link, Neaves Road, and straight through to the coast. Ellenbrook train station is about 15 minutes away.
We’re on rainwater tanks and solar power, making it economical to live, and there’s Starlink internet for reliable connectivity.
