About the property
We have 4 x 2 house in Butler, Perth WA close to beaches, cafes, freeway, shops and public transport. Has evaporative air-con throughout. The front master bedroom is currently rented by a FIFO worker. We are looking for an easy going housemate to rent one of the back bedrooms. You will have your own bathroom/toilet as well as a garage space for your car. The house is furnished but you will need your own bedroom furniture. $300 per week plus bills. Minimum of rental of 6mths.
