I have 2 double rooms in BUTLER (North Perth) 6036 (40 mins airport/40 mins CBD you would be sharing with 1 female who works full time in Perth and 1 male rarely there as doing FiFO both from New Zealand…
Looking for people Clean, tidy, mature , and respectful of others in the house…Would prefer females as predominantly you will be sharing the house with the 1 female that already living here….it’s not a party house and no Randoms.
The house is set up as a home not just a room so if your looking for a home environment that you can feel safe and relax in then this could be the place for you..

So the house is a 4 x 2, all open plan kitchen/lounge, bbq area, swimming pool, small gym, 5 mins walk to coles supermarket, farmer jacks supermarket, doctors. Gyms…10 mins walk to beach..
All bills split between everyone at the house
The double rooms I have would be $250 per week .. $750 bond 3 weeks rent..room is furnished will be ready to go for Wednesday Feb 4th
The house is all set up so you would not need anything apart from yourself and your personal belongings
