Hello,

I'm looking for two housemates to share my 4x2 home. The house has two living areas, so you'll have plenty of space to relax. Each bedroom is a reasonable size, with built-in wardrobes and furniture (although I can remove it if you prefer). The shower, bath, and toilet are separate, so you'll only be sharing with one other person.

The house is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Butler train station, which takes you straight to Perth city. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby, including Spudshed, Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, Starbucks, KFC, Hungry Jacks, McDonald's etc. The beach is also just a 5-minute drive away.

The rent is $200 per week, plus a 2-week bond, and includes all bills and unlimited Wi-Fi. I'm looking for someone who is reliable, clean, and respectful of others. No smokers or party animals, please!
