The room has a double bed and walk-in-wardrobe, The bathroom is shared.
We are very close to a small park with a lake, and close to a large park with a large lake. Additionally, we are not too far from a very large and lovely lake which is great for a long walk. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe, secure neighbourhood with lovely neighbours. There is a great choice of shops nearby. Super fast NBN internet is included. Parking is available on the property.
You'll be sharing with three young adults, who are not related to each other, and one older female professional home owner related to one of the young adults.
We are nice, stable, balanced, easy going people with good family values. We all get along well and are very respectful, polite and friendly towards each other. We are very positive people seeking someone with high emotional intelligence and good communication skills, along with a warm easy-going down-to-earth personality.
We don't smoke, don’t vape, don’t do drugs, and consume minimal alcohol - and we expect these same behaviours of you on and off the property.
It is also expected that you will be very tidy and respectful of the property and other housemates.
The room is available to anyone aged 20-60. It is not suitable for couples.
No pets. We also have a no-shoes-inside policy; indoor slippers are welcome.
