I have one single bedroom with shared bathroom available now.
The house is located in a secure, convenient and quiet area in Canningvale. You can walk with in 4 mins to the bus stops (direct buses to Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch University and Murdoch Station) and about 15 minutes drive to Curtin University, 3 mins to the shopping centres and 20 mins drive to Perth Airport.
