About the flatmates
I currently have 1 private bedrooms with a shared bathroom available in a BRAND NEW PROPERTY.
As the property is brand new I am looking for clean and respectful housemates to share the property with. All furniture and items are new. Please bring your own basic amenities (e.g. Bathroom/Kitchen)
Inspections are available upon request.
Prior to expressing interest please review the below house rules. If you do not agree with any of the below points tenancy will not be approved.
HOUSE RULES
- Must be clean and respectful of the property and other tenants.
- Noise must be kept minimal especially around night.
- No friends/company are allowed inside the premise at any time.
-No pets
- Bond is 3 weeks rent
- Minimum 3 months stay- Bond will no be released for any less.
- Beyond 3 months, 3 weeks notice must be given.
- Inspections must be allowed during the 3 weeks notice.
- All bills are inclusive of rent however, all utilities must be used WITHIN REASON. Excessive cost will be charged to the responsible individual.
- A replacement fee will be charged if the key is lost
-Damages to furniture will require reimbursement/ bond will be kept.
RENT INCLUSIONS
-Private Room with shared bathroom (Shower and toilet are separate rooms).
