Hi, I'm looking for a female flatmate to share my brand new flat with. This apartment was only finished in September 2025. The flat will be shared between 2 people only in total. The room can be fully furnished unless you wish to bring your own furniture along. There's air conditioning in the living room. Internet and all bills included as long as the usage is reasonable. Street parking available. You'll have your own bathroom/toilet, only to be shared when visitors come by which will be rare. Strictly no parties, no visitors, no pets, no smoking, no drugs including weeds. No shoes inside house upon entry as well.
Carousel shopping centre is within 5 min driving. Queens Park train station is within 10 mins on foot. Bentley hospital within 2 min driving and 11 min walking. Looking for someone who's clean and respectful of others. Cleaning up is a must. Preference would be someone who's doing FIFO work, healthcare work, or students. Discount can be offered for FIFO workers when on site.
