Hi, i am looking for a room mate in a budget friendly and
great living space
The room is for 2people, best for couples or friends looking for a room to share together.
Its $220 per person including bills, car park inside and some basic living items.
Room is fully furnitured, including personal desk, chair, pillows, blankets, covers and with closet.
also providing cutleries, plates, pot, fridge, microwave, dish soap... basic living items are all provided :)
There is a bus and train that goes straight to Perth station in 2min walk, more buses within 10min walk also.
very close to vic park center, only about 15min walk. Or 3min drive.
As its a Asian household you will need to take off your shoes before you enter the house and we do have some small house rules for everyone.
I do care about cleanliness a lot, as i don't like to live with bugs together in the house.
Don't worry if you are very shy! everyone in this house are very friendly!

Hi! I am Korean, quiet shy but i do like to get to know people.
It is in Carlisle so to city is only 15min by transperth or 10min by car.
we do have some house rules for everyone to follow, it is to make sure everyone and yourself are happy living together! I do care about the cleanliness.. as I am a full time worker i cannot clean the house everyday. it is important for everyone to keep the sharing area clean :)
