About the property

This bright upstairs apartment is tucked between Archer Street and Mercury Street, in a super convenient spot close to the CBD, airports, major roads, and the Victoria Park café strip. Carlisle and Lathlain cafés and restaurants are also just around the corner.

The apartment is in a well-maintained complex with a nice community feel. It’s thoughtfully designed, easy to look after, and great for someone who enjoys a relaxed inner-city lifestyle. The pictures are for ad purposes only, its not furnished as pictured

Apartment features:
• 3 bedrooms
• 1 bathroom
• 2 toilets (second toilet is a powder room)

About the flatmates

Hi! 😊
We’re two sisters who’ve been living in Australia for the past 5 years and have recently moved into this apartment. We’re now looking for a friendly woman to take the spare room and make this place feel like home.

One of us works full-time, and the other is a Curtin University student. We’re easygoing, social, and respectful, and we value open communication and good vibes in a shared space.

We also have a small, energetic dog — she’s sweet, curious, and always on the move — so being comfortable around an active little pup is a must.
