House:
We live in a big house here in Churchlands. We find the suburb to feel super safe and green, especially with Herdsman Lake literally at the end of the street! Its location is incredible.
The house has a large outdoor entertaining space with 2 grass areas, a shed and store room. We also have a home gym set up in the patio area.
The inside includes 2 living rooms. A large empty upstairs room, which could be made into another living space or study. Living room 1 is a very communal space as it is connected to the kitchen and dining room — you will often find us hanging out here during meal times. Living room 2 is more private, it can be closed off and is in the front wing of the house near the master bedroom.
The house is fully furnished, except for the master and upstairs loft. However, if you wish to bring furniture or appliances into the communal spaces, feel free to do so.
If we are being honest, the only negative of the house is that there's only air conditioning in Living Room 1 (which is connected to the Kitchen and Dining Area).

Parking:
There's heaps of street parking available at all times, plus we have a two-car garage and space for a 3rd car in the driveway.
In total there are 7 car spaces directly on or touching property that we can park in.

Chores:
We expect a clean house each day, as it is a shared space that we should all feel comfortable in. By all means cook up a storm and enjoy your hot dinner, but then afterwards clean up and make sure to wipe over the stove and benches with Spray n Wipe.
We split chores equally between us. Upkeep is pretty straightforward. We tend to think that everyone should do 1 good job for the house per day, without being asked. It could be big or small: take the bins out, empty the dishwasher, spot clean the floor, vacuum a dirty looking spot, tidy the living room, put some dishes away, weed between some bricks. This makes the workload feel much less than everything all at once, because it is a big house.
Weekly jobs include:
Mow the lawns once per week
Vacuum the whole house once per week
We rotate these jobs each week. In winter weeds become a bit of a problem, so we work in small amounts year round to reduce this from becoming a big issue.

Move-in Date:
We would love for you to move in on Sunday 22nd March 2026. But of course we are flexible on the exact date. Let us know your circumstances and we will see if we can accommodate. We have so much spare space in the house that you're definitely welcome to drop your possessions and furniture off early, or even move in early.

Lease:
Our current Lease ends on 04/12/2026. We want to lock you in until that date at a minimum. All 3 of us intend on living here for several more years, and if you're the same, that would be great. It makes lease renewal a breeze.

Move-in Process:
To move in onto the Lease officially, you'll need to do the formal Application process with our property manager. This involves completing a Form, having a video call with her, providing 3 contactable Work References and 3 Rental references (she will call them all), 3 recent Payslips, 100 points of Photo ID.
We want to successfully lock you in weeks ahead of 22nd March. We want to do all the paperwork as soon as possible, so that we can transition you in on 22/03/2026 stress-free. Which is why we are advertising now.

What now?
If all of this sounds good to you, please send us a message now! We'd love to have you over to meet everyone, understand your circumstances, and to do a house tour.

About the flatmates

We are Campbell (32), Natalie (26), Michael (37)

I'm Campbell, I've got a background in Health, but I work in finance, I love a good balance of work and fun. I'm pretty boring during weeknights, I love my 8:00pm bedtime, because i get up at 5:30am for the gym and life.
Outside of gym and work, I love the beach, walks, and getting outside on the weekends. I've lived in this house for 4 years and absolutely love it.

Natalie, is a high school cooking and science teacher, loves low key relaxing weeknights - also tending to wind down from 8:000m - but spends weekends relaxing on the beach, smashing Bahn Mis, going for walks with friends on the coast. Nag and Cam have been in the same friend group for 4 years. Nat has lived here for about 2 years.

Mike is a videographer and content creator for Netball WA. He's a film buff, loves live music, and also enjoys a bit of beach action on the weekend. Never misses his nightly sunset beach walk. And is always out and about most of the time. Mike's been friends with Campbell for about 2 years, and living I the house for about 5 months.

We are all easy going, and respectful of each other's different schedules and spaces. We all like a tidy place and fair contribution to the household chores.

We tend to be a bit more social over the summer, enjoying a few more BBQs, but nothing too crazy anymore. Winter we sort of hibernate a bit more, and go hiking in the bush on a nice day.

You're very welcome to join us for hangs, events with our friends, beach trips and dips, everything!
