About the flatmates
I'm looking for a single tenant who is tidy and respectful to share my home with. I don't mind if you have guests coming over every now and then (just no overnight guests). If you're after a drama-free home and don't mind doing your bit to keep the home clean and tidy, then we're on the same page. I think it's great to have a friendship within the home, but also respect each other's space and privacy. Cleaning will be a shared responsibility, and we will take weekly turns on cleaning the communal areas (lounge, kitchen, bathroom and toilet).
