- PROPERTY: I am looking for ONE house mate to join me in a 4x2 property in Cloverdale. You'll have private use of the main bathroom, toilet and two bedrooms. I occupy the master which has an en-suite, as well as one additional room which I use as a home office /guest room. You and I will be the only two occupants.
The two bedrooms that you will occupy (bedroom + study / store) are entirely UNFURNISHED, these are the bedrooms shown in the advert. All other shared living areas (kitchen / lounge / dining / alfresco) are fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with Breville appliances, Smeg fully automatic coffee machine, Philips airfryer + dishwasher and all the usual kitchen items. Laundry has both a washing machine and dryer. Alfresco has a sun lounge, six seater table setting and a Weber-Q.
- PETS: I have a cat "Lilli". She's is a sassy old girl (13y/o) and keeps to herself (If you dislike cats or have allergies, this is not the home for you).
- ME: I am 32y/o, Female, weekday FIFO (4d:3r) and work in Human Resources - Mining. My days off are typically spent with friends enjoying a few cheeky pints in Vic Park, solo river walks with a good podcast, or chasing the sun at Port Beach. I am very friend / family orientated, however as most of them have children, group gatherings are typically at their house.
- YOU: Tidy, respectful, trustworthy & financially stable. As mentioned, all furniture at the property is mine, so please treat it with respect. Self aware, capable of cleaning up after yourself and sharing the general workload with vacuuming / mopping etc.
**FIFO is preferred but not essential.
- RENT: Occupancy will be $375p/w. WIFI & garden maintenance included. This is non-negotiable.
- BOND: $500
- BILLS: Water, Gas and Electricity are not included in the rent price and will be equally split (50/50) regardless what roster you / I work.
- OTHER: Double lockup garage with remote. Refrigerated (ducted) Air conditioning in all rooms / living.
