About the property

Located just 10 min from Freo and 5 min from Coogee Beach. The property is located in a safe neighbourhood. The house comes fully furnished excluding the available bedroom which you’ll need to furnish yourself. The place has one bathroom which is shared use, toilet is separate. There’s an external storage unit available for use, and am happy for you to share use of the spare room if you wish to use it to set up a study room or can also use as storage. You’d also have a private carport which is safe and out of street view. I take pride in keeping a clean and tidy home that has a calm and relaxing feel.

I’m looking for a long term housemate to join my current lease that expires mid Sep, I plan on renewing the lease as the place really feels like home now. Ideally if you’re happy and looking for somewhere to settle you can renew the lease with me come September.

My new housemate must be happy to live with a feline friend, as I have a cat named Polly. She’s a total love bug who enjoys a cuddle and loves to be involved, she will insist on befriending you!

About the flatmates

Hi I’m Annalise 29 y/o, I’m out of the house most days, working as a Support Worker which I enjoy. I’m quite a homebody, I love a good hobby project arts and crafts. I enjoy rowing and compete in a club. I love spending time with my little cat and getting to the beach when the weather permits. Originally from Tassie, I moved here 6 years ago, Perth is where I feel most at home. I enjoy chatting with my housemate and sharing the occasional dinner or movie, this being said I respect others space and enjoy time to myself to recharge my social batteries.
If this sounds like somewhere you can see yourself happily living please send me a message :)
