2nd Biggest bedroom available in existing sharehouse. The room comes with a beach wood Queen bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. The room has heaps of light from floor to cieling windows and a personal AC unit. There is plenty of space for one or two people.

We require a 12 month lease and a bond paid upfront. However, should you wish to end the tenancy early, we'll work with you to find a replacement tenant as quick as possible. Tenancy is to be all above board and run through official channels with the WA government bond administrator holding the deposit.

Overall, the house is on a very large block with lots of communal space and offroad parking for each tenant. Large double garage and carport, huge garden with a lovely outdoor entertaining space and large pool not forgetting of course the pizza oven!
