About the flatmates
One good size room in Craigie if you’re interested, great house brand new kitchen and good high quality furniture, be with me and my work mate Nathan and Rachel, me and Nathan working away most of year 10/4 roster. Rachel is really nice just got here from Scotland she does 2-1 roster, so most likely have the bathroom to yourself if that matters to you. All really easy going and easy to get along with, go to the gym ect, have the odd beer won’t be a party house. 325 a week bills included, wifi Netflix ect ect, nice neighbours all just young family’s in the area really safe, let me know if you’re interested. The room is be available now. 5 min drive to Mullaloo beach and about 15-20 to cbd, train station is also 5min drive, and as Scarborough not far either. Room is available now, I’m the owner pretty laid back we are 26,25 and 30 years old, really chill no dramas here.
