There is a very nice Cafe, which is a 2-minute walk away from the house, as well as a small IGA too. Bills/rent being payed on time is needed and similar qualities mentioned below with me being the housemate.

About the flatmates
I am a 30-year old male who works full-time as a teacher. I have been housemates in the past with a female for 2 years, a male for 1 year, and more recently another person for 10-months here at this place, all in 2 by 2 houses including my one here listed. I am not home a heap during the week whilst at work as I then go for a workout, swim or run as I like to try keep healthy/fit. I usually get up around 6:15am and leave 7:30am for work - normally home 6:30-7pm. When it comes to holidays, I will be home more often unless I am travelling. If you work from home a lot, then this may be difficult with the one living area space just FYI.
I am a relaxed, respectful, positive, and easy-going person who gets along well with people. I like keeping things tidy, organised, and clean in my house, so I would want the same with cleaning up after yourself etc. and keeping the house neat and tidy, similar vibe, and being able to pay bills on time.
My interests are heavily in sports (AFL, Tennis, Basketball etc.), being active, beach, socialising, down south trips (or travel in general), the occasional Netflix binge and other streamed shows, and having an arvo drink on weekends here and there (either watching footy or not). I do like heading out for food or a cheeky drink here and there with friends, but not every weekend (not a party house either and/or someone that goes out every Fri-Sun night each weekend). Needs to be good communication. Every here and there is fine as long there are no issues and you are considerate. I like trying new food places/coffee. I enjoy a laugh, a bit of banter, and also having relaxed arvos here and there for gaming/movies or binging TV shows. Similar interests preferred but general house cleanliness/tidyness and paying bills on time a must.
Open to either a male or female to move in with flexibility on the move-in date and length of stay. Would prefer at the least a 4 month commitment at the minimum. I do also have a queen mattress and bedding covers already set up (as seen in the photos) in the spare room if you do not have a bed and bedding. The room and bathroom in the pictures would be all yours. There is some space in the garage if smaller things are needed for storage.
