Private, calm, and comfortable. You’ll share a bathroom with only one other person who’s hardly ever home, so it often feels like your own.

Water is included, and electricity and gas are split three ways.
A quick note: no electric vehicle charging available.
Wi-Fi is optional for a small additional cost, because going without it is practically wilderness living.
