About the flatmates
My name is Nikki. Me and my 2 year old puppy Maple are looking for a housemate. I work full time, a mix of working in the city and working from home a few days a week. Before work I usually head to the gym, pilates or go for a coastal/beach walk with Mapy before work. I love having a quiet night at home, cook dinner after work and just relax, unwind from the day. I usually keep to myself but I would also love someone to have a wine/dinner with from time to time.
A clean and tidy house is very important to me, as well as a chill atmosphere. I do have friends or my partner over for dinner from time to time, which I am more than happy for you to do the same as long as it is in a respectful manner of mine and your privacy. Especially having Maple, I would prefer someone who is on the same page as me, quiet, likes to do their own thing, no parties at the house, chill/relaxed vibe, easy going, tidy/clean, reliable etc.
Re maple, I have installed a baby gate towards your bedroom/bathroom area as she like to go snooping around :) But she loves a cuddle/play, as she can get a bit bored during the day. So a bit of company would be nice for her. You're more than welcome to use the lounge/TV and everything like its your own. Just make sure you hide your bin, because she WILL eat everything even if its not her kibble haha
I would prefer someone who works FIFO, 25-35 years old, although if we get along I don’t mind if you work full time in Perth either. You won’t need to be on the lease, you will be registered as an occupant only. I will hold the bond until you decide to move out and return it back to you if the premises have been kept to the standard it held at the start of the lease. Notice period will be 4 weeks.
Your rent includes gas and wifi currently. However, bills like power and water will be shared 50/50.
