Really nice area surrounded by family’s and schools. 20 mins to the city by car or less. Train is like maybe 10/15 mins walk. Bus stop is also few mins away.
Hillarys is just down Hepburn Ave and that’s also the coast. Airport is about 35 mins.
The back yard needs some love which I hope to start on next year so will come around once or twice as I work fifo as well.
You will be living with a couple (male is FIFO) and another female both late 20’s.
Looking for a female FIFO to fill this room around same age.

About the flatmates
Hi. I have a room available in Duncraig near Hillarys. It’s a nice area. Room is furnished and double size. All new linen and towels.
It will be available now. There is a couple who have just come over from New Zealand in the master room with ensuite at front of house. The other room is occupied by a female working full time. It has two living areas and a shared dining kitchen etc.
I own the house, but I’ll be living at my girlfriends and we’ll just do some landscaping from time to time.
It’s a nice spot and a nice place. Let me know. Looking for ideally female fifo
