Hi Luca, I have an unfurnished bedroom in east Fremantle in 2x1 apartment. House is completely furnished but room will need bed and other things. I can provide a cloths rack, 10 minute walk to laundry mat, 2 minute walk to bus station and balcony house is smoking on balcony and 420 friendly 350 PW for couples 250 per week for singles all bills included in rent price. 4 weeks rent up front required, I work a split schedule so sometimes you will have the whole unit to yourself. I’m 27 enjoy food soccer and music and am a relaxed person and enjoy the beach and music
