About the flatmates
The current roommates are mid-20s, female, from the UK. This is a respectful, social household. Definitely not a party house.
I’m English, now living on the South coast of WA. I've been renting the apartment to UK and Irish WHV holders for 2 years.
I use WA government formal tenancy agreements and processes including Bond lodgment with the Bond Administrator, who I am registered with as a landlord.
If you'd like to view the apartment, please note that I don't live in Perth and therefore the first step is a WhatsApp video call. This is an opportunity for prospective tenants to ask me about the apartment, tenancy, me as a landlady etc. and for me to ask questions on employment, past rentals etc. If both parties wish to proceed with a viewing, I then arrange this with the current tenants, or if I can get to Perth, I do the viewing.
