Hi all,
My partner and I are looking for a roommate in our 2x2 unit in East Perth, for move in end of Feb/start of March. I am a live in owner.

- $425/week including bills (adjusted if FIFO or like)
- 2 minute walk to train station
- 15 minute walk to city
- 20 minute walk to Optus (beautiful walk/ran path around the river if that’s your jam)
- 15 minute drive to airport
Ideally looking for someone FIFO as we value a bit of space from time to time. I am a teacher, my partner a plumber and regularly attend the gym before or after work, so are usually pretty tired by the end of the day. I need a clean space and preferably someone who will help with house work, hold a high standard like ourselves and keep the space tidy.
