Seeking quiet, clean, mature and responsible n/s longer term female tenant, minimum of 12 months, preferably a cat lover.

I have a 8yo tabby cat, Mercedes, who is very affectionate. No other pets thank you.

I may be away occasionally and would want someone able to manage and look after the Merc and my home.

My home has been designed from new with old style features, such as higher ceilings, larger bedrooms, lots of built in cupboards, light and bright with big windows and a quiet, serene feel. There is a lovely native bushland nearby and parks.

I am only 4 Klms from CBD, on a free bus route to Curtin Uni, 2 minutes from 960 bus route to City, adjacent to large parks and the Jirdarup Bushland, a short walk from CSIRO. We also have an excellent restaurant strip in downtown Victoria Park, and a great community feel in the suburb. Gym is just down the road, close to shops, not far from the river and the airport.

Because I have a car and van there is no garage parking available while I am there...parking would be on the verge or in the driveway.
