Fully furnished rooms, with single, double or queen beds, individual AC units, desk/chair and big wardrobes for ample storage. We do not provide bedsheets/pillow for hygiene purposes.

Currently available from the 05th April 2026: Premium Room, comes with a double bed, study desk + office chair and plenty of wardrobe & cupboard spaces, individual AC

$360 per week for individual

Prices include bills which consists of:
- Highspeed internet (500/50 mbs unlimited).
- Fortnightly cleaning for common areas
- Electricity (up to $600.00 capped per bill)
- Water, Gas, Council rates

Where the home is located is really convenient and close to many amenities:
- 2 mins walk to Oats Street Train Station. This will take you ~15 mins to get to Perth city
- 5 mins walk to Gyms, pubs, Vicpark cafe strips
- 5 mins walk to Aldi, Priceline Pharmacy, Officeworks, Bunnings
- 5 mins drive to Curtin Uni
- 10 mins drive to Perth City
- 15 mins drive to UWA
- 15 mins drive to Airport
