About the property
** This room is perfect for you if you are a quite, clean and private room and city commuter. (**NO COUPLES Plz** because of contract policy.
** LOCATION : Near carlisle station** 2~3 minutes by walk.
As my flatmate is going back home, the room is available from 17/12. I prefer a man, but a woman is okay.
I normally work from 3pm to 11pm, if you are an early bird working in morning, this house is perfect for you.
Everyone is welcome as long as pay rent on right time, clean, tidy person.
Rent is $350 per week including all bills, however, if you are planning to live more than 6 months, might be negotiable.
the room rent is $320 if we share utilities together, pay separately including wifi.
Parking is definately available. from our hotel to the city by trains, only takes 10-12 minutes, from carlisle station to our home, 2~3 minutes by walk. 2 minutes to liquor store by walk.
Around our house, Korean mart(Daebak) is 7 minutes by walk, and 12 minutes to Coles, asian supermarkets.
