Looking for someone aged 20-25 ish
We’re moving into the house on 18 January, and we’re looking for a flatmate to join us in a comfortable, well-set-up home. The available room will most likely be the master bedroom, which comes with a private ensuite (toilet and shower) and very large built-in closets, giving you plenty of storage and privacy 🚿🛏️.
The room is currently unfurnished, but we’re happy to discuss and help organise furniture if needed. The rest of the house will be fully equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, dryer, fridge, and general household basics, so you’ll be able to settle in easily 🍽️🧺.
Rent is $290 per week, with a bond of two weeks’ rent. We’re flexible with how long you’d like to stay, but we do ask for two weeks’ notice if you decide to move out. Overall, it’s a relaxed, well-maintained home with a good balance of privacy and shared living.

Ash is 21 and studies at UWA, currently completing an undergraduate bachelor with the goal of dentistry 🦷📚. She works at Bunnings and keeps a steady routine between work, uni, and staying active. Ash loves surfing, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors ☀️🌊. She’s organised, friendly, and values a calm, clean, and respectful home where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Reet 📖✨
Reet is also 21 and studies English Literature at UWA 📚🤍. She works at a bar and enjoys reading, relaxing, and having meaningful conversations. Reet is warm, easy-going, and considerate, with a good balance between being social and respecting personal space ☕🌙. She values a peaceful home environment and is thoughtful about shared living, making her very easy to live with.
Joe (the fish) 🐟💙
Joe is our low-maintenance, quiet housemate who keeps to himself and never causes any trouble. He enjoys a calm environment, spends most of his time swimming peacefully, and is very respectful of shared spaces 🫧🌿. Joe doesn’t make noise, doesn’t bring guests over, and is always happy just doing his own thing. He adds a relaxed, comforting presence to the home and is an excellent listener.
We are not clean freaks but highly value at least basic cleanliness haha.
