It’s a 4 bedroom two bathroom home with an enclosed theatre room. The bedrooms are all a very good size all easily fitting a queen sized bed and work desk setup with some room left over. The room available is 3.5 metres by 3.5 metres. The house has plenty of room where you won’t feel crowded when others are home. I have also just installed an outdoor bbq area that hopefully get a lot of use while the weather is still really good for it. The backyard has plenty of space where you can relax and chill out after a long day. Some highlight of the house are that if you like being near the beach you can see the water from the front lawn and the sunset are really nice. It’s just a short walk to the beach from the house. The house is brand new, I’ve been living in it for a 10 month now. Coles and Woolworths are a 5 minute drive away. They’re two train stations about four minutes away from the house north or south. The neighbours are really cool easy going. Quiet street with almost no noticeable noise. Big parks to go for a run if you’re an active person. There’s a great beach bar just up the road that does great food.
