About the property
Our home is a modern 4-bedroom bungalow in Eglinton, set in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We currently use one bedroom, and another has been set up as a comfortable shared reading/study room. That leaves two spare rooms, and one of them is ready to be your next home. You will have your own bedroom, toilet and shower. Bedroom comes fully furnished but happy for you to add what you wish. Sitting room, dining, kitchen and outer lounge will be shared. There is on street parking for your car as well ( plenty of spots near)
The location is super convenient — just a 3-minute drive to Eglinton Train Station, close to local shops, gyms, parks, and the beach. It’s a great area if you enjoy being near everything while still having a calm, suburban vibe.

About the flatmates
We’re Reymond and Tracy — a friendly, easy-going couple originally from Uganda and now three years into calling Australia home. We both work full-time and keep fairly busy during the week, so the house is usually quiet.
I’m an accountant and often do overtime, which means I’m out of the house for most of the day and some evenings. Tracy works full-time as a nursing assistant and studies part-time on two days each week, so she’s also in and out quite a bit. We mainly come home to unwind and sleep after busy days.
On our days off, we like to keep active by going to the gym or catching up with friends. We’re respectful, clean, and easy to live with — and we appreciate a relaxed home environment.
