You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with one other person — a friendly and outgoing aussie female (30) who works full time.

The kitchen and living areas are shared and fully equipped. You will also have access to unlimited WiFi and all utility bills are included in the rent.

The home is just five minutes walk to Ellenbrook train station and close to all major amenities including Bunnings, Spudshed, Revo Fitness and Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre. Free street parking is available right outside the house.
