We have three lovely private rooms available in our modern, well-maintained home in Ellenbrook. The rooms include two with queen sized beds and one with a king single bed, all fully furnished.

Each room comes with a wardrobe, study desk and chair, air conditioning and heating, plus its own window, door, and storage space perfect for comfort and privacy.

The bathroom and toilet are shared with only two other housemates when all rooms are occupied.

You’ll have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and living area, along with unlimited Wi-Fi. All utility bills are included in the rent.

The house is conveniently located just a 6–7 minute walk to Ellenbrook Train Station, and close to major amenities including Bunnings, Spudshed, Revo Fitness, and Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre. Free street parking is available right outside.

The home is owner-occupied by a friendly couple and our one-year-old baby girl. We maintain a warm, respectful, and peaceful household where cleanliness, privacy, and a relaxed living environment are valued.
